Shipping costs in the event of partial revocation
"If you are entitled to a right of withdrawal with regard to your order and should you make use of this after submitting your contractual declaration with regard to part of your order, with the result that the threshold value stated by us with regard to the purchase price not to be paid by you or the purchase price to be repaid by us would be undercut, we reserve the right to demand the proportionate shipping costs for the remaining part of the order from you. However, this only applies if we had already informed you of the amount of the shipping costs for the remaining part of the order before you submitted your contractual declaration or if you were able to easily calculate the corresponding shipping costs on the basis of our information before you submitted your contractual declaration."
